September 5th - 8th
Welcome to Room 4's weekly blog. Each week, student learning will be shared here. Please check this often and talk to your child about what they are learning!
It has been a great start up to the school year. As a class, we worked on getting to know one another, building relationships, and establishing routines.
What did students do?
In their table groups, students completed the Marshmallow Challenge. For this challenge, they worked as a team to design and build the tallest free standing structure from some spaghetti sticks, tape, and string. Then they placed one whole marshmallow on top. After this task, students completed a reflection based on their experience in the group.
